The funny thing is, it cost the Reddit guy who made the whole hoax about $1000 to troll Fallout fans.

Well judging by how many people fell for it... worth it?

I'd say it was worth every penny.

Sorry are we genuinely asking if paying hundreds of pounds for website that serves no purpose was worth it?
Maybe if there was a point to it or it was funny..... I dont know maybe I am just getting old but who gets the enjoyment out of this whole thing? is it an ego trip for the troll?
In that case maybe it was worth the money/time from his point of view. I just feel bad for the guy.

I just meant that for said troll, it was probably worth every penny. For everyone else, he/she is an ass. It's that crazy kind of humor like when the comedian plays a dirty trick on the audience. Only one person laughs. So it's still funny. Your right JMM. The internet is No Country for Old Men.

Cmon If Fallout 4 is announced tomorrow it will be always-online and require a $15 monthly subscription just like The Elder Scrolls Online. All games are going that route. Always-online I mean. Most of the game I was semi-excited for at least.
