This might not work for everyone but follow the instructions in this article and get it for free. I don't know much about the franchise but it's a full Xbox 360 role-playing game for free so check it out.

Fable is awesome (aside from that one that was made specifically to sell some Kinects), but good ol' Peter Moleneux promised us so much more in Fable 3, but I still really enjoyed it

I just beat the game and anyone who is getting this for free should play it if they are into action RPGs. Was put off by the game telling me I did everything right and am pretty much an angel but to get there most of the NPC's had to die...
May not pick it up again for awhile but would like to replay it to go for the perfect ending if there is one.

You can be a good guy and save the whole population... Invest in real estate at the start of the game, you'll be loaded in no time

What you beat it in a day! If you want to get the story, then it is totally possible to beat it in 6 hours. If you have played Fable before then you may remember that there is literally a trail of bread crumbs that leads you from point A to B every step of the adventure so there is no "where do I go next" or "what do I do now" down time. This is an entry level RPG. It cater to the non-gamers that want to graduate from Wii Sports and get into something a bit more hardcore. This is exactly that. As deep as you want it to be.

Whereas I spent weeks on it, gathering and growing weapons, doing every side quest, leveling up, opening every chest on the road to victory or whatever it's called (It's been a while =p)

Yeah I guess I was expecting it to be a bit harder and not give you all the tools you need to beat the game in the first 30 minutes. Not that I'm complaining. I plan on playing it through again and doing it "better" next time. I guess the bread crumb leash got to me. I'll turn it off next time.

Yeah, it can put the blinkers on pretty solidly sometimes... I was following it once and almost missed noticing the group of bandits falling out of the trees to attack me once...

I guess the best exploring is done when you are stuck, if you don't get stuck you don't explore.

But the thing that turns me off about exploring in Fable games are that the seemingly open-world isnt open at all. It's just a few lightly open areas connected by coridores in the form of trenches and fences, I found myself getting suck on scenery quite a bit and wondering why I had to walk all the way around a building to get to a chest when the only thing between it and myself was a knee-high fence.

Yeah, wouldn't be like that if it was Assassins Creed =p
Speaking of, when it comes to worlds in Assassins Creed, personally I prefer the first game over all the rest... There is so much difference between Damascus, Jerusalem and Acre, and I loved running around Acre, even though you saw the same building time and time again in the same city... No idea why I went off on that tangent, maybe I just though a Fable mixed with Assassins Creed would be awesome

Would be nice if you got to be king or ruler of lots of places in the Assassins Creed games. I liked the prospect of taking over the city in Vice City and like I said before, I haven't touched a single Assassins Creed game yet so I'm hoping AC2 lives up to the praise it got when it's free next month.
