You've been given a bunch of money, you can cast whoever you want, any director even you can direct, any writer, nothing gets in your way. What video game do you turn into a movie? To give you an example I'll go first. Metroid Genre - Horror/Sci-Fi Plot Synopsis (Keep it shortish) Samus Aran has captured the most wanted bounty alive, on her return she catches a short range distress signal from a federation ship, by law she must answer. As she closes in on the ship, her own ship dies and she is pulled into the docking bay. The ship is abandoned but there's someone, something on the ship with her. Samus must keep herself and her bounty alive while she explores the bowels of the abandoned ship to find out what happened to the crew and to escape the hell she finds herself in. Director - Guillermo Del Toro He's perfect because Metroid fits with his aesthetic, on top of that Guillermo is good at action and horror, a must for Metroid. Writer - James Wan James Wan is a great horror director but his visuals leave something to be desired. His writing while he hasn't proved himself as a great writer, he has written horror movies before and it's important for someone to be able to write a grounded story. Something Wan can do. Cast Samus Aran - Margot Robbie This is easy, you just need an actress who has a good face and good face acting as well as able to be taken serious in a suit of space armour. Samus doesn't talk a lot so it's important for an actress to be able to sell the performance with body language alone.

I have always thought it would be cool to make a movie of my favorite FPS games on the N64 GoldenEye 007. I even have a soundtrack in mind... The main character is James Bond, half man half pig who won't take no for an answer... He has a license to kill and he isn't afraid to use it and even joke about the kill afterwards like some sort of psychopath! It could work!
