It's really looking good. Might shape up to be the best of the trilogy. It's definitely the darkest of the three. I like how Everything is looking like a natural evolution of the mechanics. I can already tell how this is going to play. Not in a predictable, more of the same, way, but in a refined way. Arkham Knight is the Action Adventure title to beat this year. Yeah, Kojima BETTER deliver on his swan song now.

The season pass will cost you $40 and gets you "new story missions, additional super-villains invading Gotham City, legendary Batmobile skins, advanced challenge maps, alternative character skins, and new drivable race tracks." Is it worth it?

It's hard to beleive that his game is coming out next month. It feels like such a fall AAA title to me. If Rocksteadys track record with it's last two games is any indication, Arkham Knight is sure to be a GOTY nom. It's likely next time I give an update on this game it will be a review.

PSA: PC gamers should steer clear of this game for the foreseeable future due to crashing, freezing, and graphical issues. WB has even gone so far as to pull the game off of Steam. It's been said that the game lacks certain graphical features that actually make it look inferior to the console versions.
WB/Rocksteady,
You done fucked it up

This happens every once in a while unfortunately. Some developers just can't be arsed to create proper PC ports anymore.

So Rocksteady has been added to the growing list of developers whose oversight has lead to the botched launch of a AAA game.
In their defense, the are handling it better than I've seen anyone else handle a situation like this before. They are standing by the promised quality of this game and removing the PC version from the shelves of retailers until they can produce a fix ample enough to justify a re-release. They are losing a lot of money by not allowing uninformed Arkham fans to be suckered into buying a crippled mess of a game.
Rocksteady is one of the few studios today that consistently produce quality titles by taking their time, knowing their audience, and not letting current game trends drive their direction. With those good qualities, getting the implication that the quality of the product is more important than money, speaks volumes on WB and Rocksteadys business and artistic integrity respectively.
This is why I keep confidence in any game Sefton Hill directs. It is a quality game and and WB is being incredibly smart to not treat the consumer the way they should.
Ya know, they could have just told the PC crowd to buy with confidence, and a rushed patch (that would probably create more problems than fix) is on the way.

I'm not even sure Rocksteady are to blame for this. Word is WB outsourced the porting job to the same small company that ported Arkham Origins (another game in the franchise that had a terrible launch on PC). Either way this controversy sucks. AK is one of the most if not the most technically impressive game released thus far for the newer consoles. My jaw hit the floor more than once while watching a playthrough of the game on PS4.
