A little off topic but I was playing Bioshock Infinite today and wanted to just say that there have been rumors of a Mass Effect, Modern Warfare, Bioshock, etc. collection coming out for XBONE/PS4 for months now.
Thats all fine and well. Not that I'm going to buy into all that anyway. I said it about Halo: Anniversary and I'll say it here. If your going to port a 360 game on to an XONE disc, put "HD Collection" behind the title, that game better be PERFECT!!! I mean any muddy textures, screen tearing, frame-rate drops, input lag, etc. better be fixed in that all signs of such issues should be GONE. I HATED how there was still texture pop-in and input lag for Halo:CE Anniversary on XBONE. I always thought that it was the technical limitations of the X360 hardware that was already outdated in 2005 keeping these beautiful games from being stunning. I mean, if they were to release Skyrim on XBONE it stands to reason that there should be ZERO bugs/glitches in the game, more foliage and the like.
Point: Um, don't buy XBONE for last gen games. Unless the reviews give you the go ahead, publishers are pulling a fast one on people by selling them the same games on a "new" format when it's all but been proved that these consoles could support backwards compatibility if the engineers wanted to do that.

Not shooting down PCs. When their games work, mods and cheats can turn even the dullest game into a riot.
My pc is brilliant and it still has trouble playing Goldeneye. Plus. Emulators make consoles look good. I would take Call of Duty on an XONE over Goldeneye on an Emulator any day when successfully locating and downloading a legit ROM for that particular title is a game of Russian rullet with malware. I just can't think of too many titles I would want to go back and play that I can't play in some form on current or even last-gen consoles besides that one game. My PC still hasnt recovered.

Also, on the topic of malware, everyone who doesn't have it should absolutely get MalwareBytes anti-malware... It pretty much eats malware and viruses for breakfast

Yeah malwareBytes is what I use but Nintendo of America has recently gone after the ROM distributors to regulate Goldeneye 007. By regulate i mean wipe it off the face of the earth. I had to go to some dark corner of the internet to get a ROM for that game. I used to just go to coolrom because it was pretty much the best.
