An awesome game that is really funny, I remember loving this one. It looks like a kids game but it actually is the complete opposite haha. There are so many funny movie references in it, If you guys haven't played It I really recommend you do
There was also a remake of it on the original xbox if I remember correctly.

It was good for a play through. I played Conker Live and Reloaded on the Xbox. It was fun but I never understood the ammount of praise it got.

The Xbox version is vastly inferior to the N64 version.

That is what I was told. There seems to be no demand for it so we probably will never see Conker on the 360 or even 720 but I wish they would have put the work they did with Conker Live and Reloaded into Perfect Dark.

The Xbox version is vastly inferior to the N64 version. This. You played the wrong version. You missed out on the fun MP only present in the original, and iirc they censored almost everything in the remake. Case and Point: Total War in MP was a ton of fun: In all seriousness if you didn't like the remake you probably wouldn't like the original either. Personally I think it's one of the best N64 games. It, along with PD, demonstrated that great M-rated games were possible on what was considered a children's game console at the time.

Your preaching to the converted. I wish I could have experienced it on the N64 but as I remember it, the first and only time I played Conker 64 was at a friends house 2 months after I got a Gamecube. After 1 game of multiplayer in which he dominated me, I broke the news to him that I had just got THPS3 and Super Smash Bros. Melee and he spent the next 2 days at my house playing my Gamecube. He got a Gamecube with his paper route money 3 days later and we never saw Conker again.... Bad timing.

Releasing a game at the very end of a console's life cycle pretty much guarantees commercial failure. Can't say I blame you though. SSBM was the go-to game for all GC owners back then.

That point makes me wonder. If the PS4/720 come out this year and we have these AAA games like Metal Gear and GTA coming out about that time or after, what will happen. Will thenew consoles not sell? Will GTAV and Metal Gear:GZ suffer the same fate as Conker/Perfect Dark?
I doubt they will allow that to happen and either the PS4/720 WILL be backwards compatible, or more likely, these games (Metal Gear for sure) will be delayed and put on the next gen consoles.

Man... I loved Conkers bad fur day... Have it on my computer emulator/rom style, but I got stuck for ages in the army bit 'cus I was playing with keyboard, and there's a part where you get on a turret and LOADS of enemies come at you and you really need an analog controller for that...

I'd say 4J should port it, but they have their hands full with Minecraft atm... D:
