Crazy how lost I would get in some of those levels. They captured the imagination the way so few in the genre ever have. What's crazier is how much I enjoyed the game even at 12fps. Now people bitch when a game isn't native 1080p and solid 60fps. We are so spoiled with all the tech we have today and looking back on Goldeneye only reminds me how sidetracked the genre has gotten.

I played in 720 for years on my 360 because
1. My Xbox 360 didn't have HDMI out and 2. My old capture card didn't let me record in 1080
So I just got used to it, it didn't bother me at all but know when I watch videos on YouTube and see they are 1080 and 60FPS it is so noticeable I think my 30FPS videos look dated. I don't mind playing in 30FPS but I really worry that people won't watch my videos if the quality of the footage is bad =/

Which you really shouldnt, and it's total crap that a person wouldnt watch something of lower quality just because it is, lower technical quality. It's a strange time where we want youtube to look like tv shows, our news to look like it was shot on a cell phone from 2006, and movies to be episodic from inception. 30 years ago, many people would stand for some of the shenannigans going on but it's crap nevertheless, and everyone seems with it.
Don't worry guys. There will always be people peeing their pants over NES Minis so don't let showing your age get the best of you. It's all good.

People tend to go after the best quality thing, Blu-ray over DVD, etc. 60fps are without a doubt better quality than 30fps videos. I like to think good videos win out over pretty videos, especially when 60fps doesn't really change much in YouTube videos outside of the clarity and smoothness, plus some people prefer 30fps when it comes to visuals like the whole Hobbit 24fps vs 48fps. If more 60fps games existed I would think about upgrading but right now not enough exist and every new console gen is always going to start off with more 60fps games than 30fps but by the end 30fps will outnumber 60fps in a incredibly big way.

The more internety your video is the better off it will be. Professional shows made with lots of money age worse. Old info and outdated opinions are just that. It's what will age you the fastest. A pretty picture may not be considered pretty forever but consider the content. All I'm saying is that you shouldn't worry about technology running away and leaving you behind. Stranger Things have happened. Just make sure what your talking about is good.
