They didn't have stealth in the 80's... They had Duke Nukem!

Yeah, I read a preview a few weeks back (might have been IGN) that said a big down side to the game was how it forced you to use stealth. I'm proably 90% through to use stealth against my will once. This was $15 well spent.

I'm kind of tempted to pick it up for PC but I don't know. Been playing Hotline Miami lately. Now that's a fun game lol.

I dont know why but I have always preferred to play FPS game on console and strategy games on PC that's because having a keyboard and mouse lends a lot more options when it comes to RTS games than a gamepad does. Vice versa, controllers are usually better for shooters because of the shape and limited control scheme. Also, PC can handle all the resources required for an RTS 1000's of times better than a console can. Yes, you can get more precision with a mouse, but you get more fun with a controller on FPS's. On that note, my girlfriend is notoriously bad at shooters and tried playing Blood Dragon with the gamepad and hated every minute of it. I convinced her to try it with a keyboard and mouse and she loved it! We found out she's a much better PC gamer than she is a console one.

I think I can immerse myself in the game a lot more using a controller and a TV, When I am on my laptop I am always very aware that I am on my laptop if that makes sense

I think I can immerse myself in the game a lot more using a controller and a TV, When I am on my craptop I am always very aware that I am on my craptop if that makes sense me too. The nice thing about Blood Dragon on the PC is that it supports the 360 controller. So I got the awesome Nvidia graphics and the kickass controller too!

Graphics isnt what Blood Dragon is about though. All the neon and and the fact that it's constantly night time means you arnt going to see or notice that much of a difference between PC and console version. Besides if you are playing Blood Dragon for graphics then you miss the point anyway.

To each his own. All I know is if it playes better on console than thats the version I get. You lucked out having the game work with the Xbox 360 controller.

It probably runs better on PC, the Xbox 360 is now (and has been for a while) an old piece of kit . About 6 years old to be precise.

I haven't noticed any technical shortcomings whatsoever and I 100% it last night. Its impressive how solid the game is as well. With all the flashy action going on it never drops in framerate. Loading times are surprisingly fast as well.
