thebestpageintheuniverse.net/c.cgi?u=e3_wrapup_2013"The entire Internet is too busy sucking Sony's dick because they happen to be not quite as gut-wrenchingly shitty as Microsoft this year, they've failed to notice that Sony will now start charging a fee just to play online." Feelings?

I have been paying Microsoft £40 for the last 7 years, paying it to Sony wont be any different. If it means I can play 2nd hand games offline (and avoid being observed by a camera while I do so) then I am fine with it.

I gotta point out that if that means I can download some of the better rare games from PS, PS2, and PS3 to the Hard Drive via Playstation Store then personally, I have little to lose and lots to gain through this.
If this means I have to pay a PSN fee just to get access then that is fine. Unlike Microsoft these last few months, the market has been eased into the idea of paying more for a proposed "premium" experience for 10 years. Unlike Micorsoft, who is turning the common practices of gaming as we know it upside down and telling us to "deal with it" or "stick with the Xbox 360".
Big deal though is the PS4 GUI looks like they can finally compete with the likes of Xbox 360 as far as ease of use and that is worth me dropping Xbox Live and picking up Playstation Network.
Sony as largly remained the same to a fault for the last 19 years. They are a true, if it aint broke, dont fix it company and while I have critisized them for not changine to meet the Xbox in the past, NOW that is their greatest strength. PS4 is more or less just new technology with the same controller but refined, not changed.

Me neither. They are oddly placed compared to the 360 and Gamecube (last traditional Nintendo controller) controllers. If they could just switch the d-pad and left stick arond they would have it petter off. I also don't like the rounded top of the sticks but they look to be a bit better with the PS4. As I said, Sony has largley remained the same to a fault.
