Here is a short trailer that shows how they mo-cap for MGS5. Also, after reading IGNs thoughts on a recent preview, they confirm the game will have regenerating health, slow-mo executions, and of course an open world. They ask if it's "even a metal gear game". I guess only time will tell but the most exciting thing I've heard about the game today is that Kojima re-affirmed that every beautiful second we have seen of MGS5 so far, is running off of computers that represent the power of the 360/PS3. It's some kind of black magic I tell you. The gameplay looks better than almost anything I've ever seen in a video game.

Perfect time to play Peace Walker considering Ground Zeroes/V take place right after it. ...I guess only time will tell but the most exciting thing I've heard about the game today is that Kojima re-affirmed that every beautiful second we have seen of MGS5 so far, is running off of computers that represent the power of the 360/PS3. The 3rd paragraph of this article says and I quote: "The entire demo appears to be running on early next-gen hardware; however, Hideo Kojima said that what we were seeing - which looked identical to the September 2012 reveal, available to watch after the break - was running on PCs that represent the power offered by the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3." This is the second time he has claimed that what we have seen so far is running on current gen tech. The first time was at E3 this year. I find that quite impressive. I'm sure some major work arounds will be required. The game may come on 5 discs, require a 16GB install and ask that you install all the disks to the hard drive but it can indeed deliver those graphics on 8 year old hardware I am impressed.
