Love it that there are multiple hidden collectibles in each level, the fact that smashing open crates, collecting maps, and exploring is all encouraged but not mandatory to completing a level. Reminds me of old school games where just speed running through it and never stopping to look around had you missing out on the majority of what the game had to offer. As a single-player only experience, they seem to be doing right by this title.

What a great way to demo stealth vs. mayhem. I don't think I saw one ADS in this whole thing. Scopes don't count.

Wow, I like a lot of this, the throwing knife is a nice nod to Goldeneye 007. I dont want to watch too much footage incase I spoil the game but I cant stop watching it The only thing that is holding this game back is some form of multiplayer:(

I don't know about this being the next Goldeneye. I just want an FPS that doesn't devolve into another COD clone every time the action ramps up. I would pay double for a good FPS that didn't tease you with a stealth/action sandbox in one level just to give you six more that are practically on-rails, blockbuster action movies like the last six Call of Duty games.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say something. What's on display in that latest trailer showcased the best element of Goldeneye Reloaded. Yeah I played that piece of crap and it had one good thing...
When you were just taking your sweet time sneaking around a level, linear as it was, you could use the environment to sneak and clear out bad guys. When you have choices on how to do that, THAT was fun. Only a couple of levels let you do that and the repetitive, linear novelty wore off fast but the idea was there and it's present in this trailer.
I know in Goldeneye 64 you could sneak and when spotted, quickly kill the guards to return to sneaking instead of the behavior of today's AI putting every baddie within a 2 mile radius on high alert and closing in on your position.
P.S. It's a particularly nice touch that the Nazis go down so easy in stealth. The knife throw didn't require breath holding, zooming, or three attempts. Same goes for the pistol kill that didn't ask for ADS or six bullets.
Pistols in most FPS games today's are freaking useless.

This really annoys me about a lot of games, even good games have that (cant think of any off the top of my head) but I hate when once one person see you everyone in the level sees you.

Yeah I know in the PS2/Xbox generation enemy AI was a huge thing devs wanted to sell. They wanted to hammer the idea that if an enemy sees you and you don't kill him right freakin NOW he's going to tell his friends and any plans of stealth will be destroyed.
I understand yelling for your communication is important but if the sighted enemy is just one man why wouldn't a soldier take point and kill your sneaky ass before yelling, giving away his OWN position, and giving you time to kill him. Yeah. Super smart AI right there.

I found pistols in Battlefield 3 and 4 worked a WHOLE lot better than I was expecting... I love the REX... Two bodyshots or one head shot and they be dead

Hmmm maybe I'm just thinking of COD and Halo. Unless your playing Swat in Halo the pistol is useless. I always use it in Swat though. There is just something about using a precise pistol over a loud automatic that makes me feel powerful.

I hope this means good graphics, long game length, plenty of extras. I hope.
I really wish we could install all 4 discs and play the game off of one disc.
