In what way would you like to cheat? Maybe the update will fix the bugs.

Is it normal that I play music from my iPod whenever I'm travelling long distance across the map. I was listening to Beethoven while mowing down zombies on my way to establish a new home in the Alamo restaurant in the city. It was very therapeutic.

In what way would you like to cheat? Maybe the update will fix the bugs. Any fun cheats from unlimited ammo, to big heads, to invincible cars and No Noise. IDK. I just can't imagine there arnt a few cheats in a game this buggy. Usually only the super polished games are 100% cheat free. I know that if I had unlimited ammo or no noise (both) I would play the game very differently. Just something to play around with when the main story is finished and I begin to get tired of the grind.

Yeah but like we were saying, as soon as you find that super weapon or somehow make yourself invincible the game becomes stale. You would lose all elements of survival.

Yeah I don't think the game can tell the dif between 3 minutes and 3 days, really. I think the game just simulates time away so every time you turn it on you have a new to-do list and fresh feeling of desperation.

Finally beat the last mission. No spoilers but I say be sure you come with a high powered shotgun, plenty of ammo, a well leveled character, mines and a heavy melee weapon.
It was much easier the on my 2nd attempt becasuse I knew what to expect and the game didn't throw as much at me at once. Still, I was put off by how the game spawns you back at your home base afterward and still retains the last mission on the map so you can replay it multiple times. (or is that a glitch?) I would have rather that mission been taken off the map. Oh well.

I guess its better than having to start the game over again. do you think you will keep playing for much longer? I am still loving going on raids and building my base and players up.

Yes I will play a bit longer. Maybe move my home base to the equally big place in the last city you go to. I'm going to dabble in Fable III later on but maybe not today. I do wish I could reset my outposts and move them with me to the last town. Due to failing the last mission that takes place outside of said town, I have a stockpile of like new cars just sitting on the edge of the highway I need to collect. Can't do it on foot.
So yes, I will be playing for a couple more weeks. Much more promising in longevity than Blood Dragon was last month. I hope a title update will bring new things like that outpost reset option.

My outposts have been resetting themselves! If you move to the 3rd city it will be a long drive to other towns. It would be good if you could have more than one base and spread your people out.

Yes but it seems the more outposts you have together the less you have to travel. I have 8 outposts. 6 in a cluster in the south town next to my warehouse home base, and 2 in the first town. I think because of my outpost/base location I never have to travel to the other towns. I only clear out infestations, hunt special zeds and rescue survivors now and its always in that south town, usually on the west side.
I wish I could build it up in a way that my people don't need my help too much.

Too bad there is no shopping mall in State of Decay. It'd be fun to have a base in one.
