Thats a good idea I think I will move my base there too, that way I can get my build every type of facility achievement. I dont seem to have room to do it in the warehouse.

You DO have room at the warehouse. You just have to destroy 1 or 2 of your current buidlings and build what you are sure you have never owned.
It's distant and cold in that 3rd town. There are less things that remind me of a place where humans lived and more like a funhouse nightmare. Hard to explain. I should be able to loot it fast but I'm not going to enjoy having home base there as much as the big town to the south. That is my favorite. I love the downtown area. But I MUST loot everything. It's a problem for me which is why I don't play too many RPGs.

Patch #2 has been added to the ever shrinking list of things LIVE in State of Decay. Notable fixes: •Enabled V-sync to eliminate screen tearing •All mission opportunity timeouts pause while not playing •Reduced frequency of "I brought you a pony..." line. •Improved awareness of Stockpiles that are over the cap. •Influence in excess of Fame no longer drains while you are not playing. •Adjusted draw distance of dynamically generated vehicles to match pre-placed vehicles. •Made it easier to execute "Double Kill" move. •Added a "Stick Sensitivity" option. •Lily no longer reminds you to come to the final mission site. •Playable characters can no longer be killed by the simulation.

Reduced frequency of "I brought you a pony..." line.
Thats is pretty funny that a joke was so stale they had to patch the game.lol
Shame there is no news on when sandbox mode will be out or if we are getting co-op. Still its nice to see things are happening unlike some XBLA games...

Let's hope it doesn't become the next "Then I took an arrow to the knee."

It will never be meme but it sure got stupid. You think if they could record 10 different people saying the same damn line they could make up different lines. Like "oh you know stuff". That would be nice. or "I'll show you when I get there."

Update: More details on sandbox mode and PC version coming this week. Undead Labs had this to say on sandbox mode : "Without going into too much detail (although details are coming within a week), you start in the world, build your community, clean the valley out - and when it runs dry, you can leave with some portion of your community and go to "the next valley." The next valley is the same map, repopulated with resources...but harder. More zombies. More difficulty. Just...more." I like this. It's going to mean losing my characters is going to hurt alot more. I just cleared out the valley last night so I'm at 100% and maxed out on 2 characters. Can't wait for this.

So does it mean no co-op? I was kinda hoping sandbox mode was going to be co-op mode.

Yeah something tells me co-op is not happening in SoD. Like, ever. At least the sandbox mode will let you take an NPC partner with you on supply runs. I'm just happy they are supporting the game still. It's still as addictive and fun as the day I got it.

Yeah I am still enjoying it too. At least it will tie me over until GTA and the like come out. Did you ever decide if you are going to get that or not? I cant see why you wouldnt.
