I don't think Linkle will be in Zelda Wii U.
I wish they would've called her Link.

I'm hoping for a lot of surprises. Voice-over for every NPC The idea of link or any character being voiced is a little repulsive to me, I prefer just reading the text and using my imagination of how he sounds. In my head they aren't speaking English and Hyrule isn't on earth so the text is there to translate. Anyway I quite like the Ohhhhhhh! and THANNNNK YOOU! noises beedle makes, they me laugh. I don't think it would need to be fully voiced, just the odd word here and there.

NPC being the key word there. I don't want link to talk. His groans and yells are as iconic as Marios "Yoo hoo, wha ha!". (Mario games voice over)
If the Zelda games are going to continue to get more and more story heavy, I want some voice acting. Reading box after box in Twilight Princess was yet another thing that anchored it down. Lots of things made it feel like a game that should have come out 5 years prior. Especially when you saw stuff like Gears and Oblivion on X360 around the same time.
If the ONLY change is voice acting, I'll be happy. The absence of it never felt like a choice, in OOT it was technical limitations. In Wind Waker it felt natural because the soundtrack and atmosphere helped it along greatly. Twilight Princess didn't have that. The cut-scenes are reduced to pantomime and if feels almost unfinished.
I would never ask them to put voice over in a remake, but going forward, voice acting feels like a must. Either way, won't effect my purchase decision. Even if ZeldaU falls short of what they are promising, which is an open-world Hyrule compatible that of Fallout and Skyrim? Count me in.
P.S. Having thought about it, it wouldn't be a bad thing if there were no voice in the game. As much as I want some things to change, the whole things a jinga tower, and moving a few blocks to the top might make it feel modern, but I really don't want regenerating health, ADS, parkour, etc. in my zelda so... I'll take the cake but if I can't eat it, never mind. lol
